Mary-Joan Oluoma-Nwaogu, Ph.D
Mary-joan Oluoma-Nwaogu has over 20 years industrial-organisational experience. She played a significant role in the establishment of Today's Psychology magazine in the 1990's. She has also contributed to the training and development of personnel in different categories and has also contributed imensely in educational consulting and counselling. Her Industrial Psychology background has been a major companion in her practice of Employee Assistance Programmes, Stress Management and Psychological Assessment. At her spare time, she participates in voluntary activities of the Justice, Development and Peace Commission (A Catholic human rights commission).
Chinyere Okonkwo-Okoro, HHF
Mrs. Chinyere Okonkwo-Okoro, obtained a Diploma in Social Work and B.Sc. (with honors) in Psychology from the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 1994 and 1999, respectively. She also obtained a Masters Degree in Psychology (Clinical) from the University of Lagos. She is also a Hubert Humphrey fellow. She did her fellowship program at Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond VA, USA, on substance abuse education, prevention and treatment. She is working as a Clinical Psychologist at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Yaba, Lagos. In this position, she is responsible for managing and coordinating psychological assessments and treatment for substance abuse patients, as well as other patients and clients. She is also the coordinator of HIV/AIDS Counseling and Testing unit in the hospital. In addition, she is involved in different awareness programs, public presentations, seminars, and workshops on Psychological and Mental health issues.
Omotayo Francis Ajirotutu, M.Sc.
Mr. Ajirotutu has a masters' degree in Clinical Psychology and is currently undergoing his doctoral works in Clinical Psychology. He has worked with the Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Lagos for fifteen (15) years. Tayo is an expert in Clinical Assessments and Psychotherapy.

Femi Olekanma, Associate Consultant
Femi is a financial expert with over two decades work experience in commercial and retail banking, financial planning / re-engineering, business management and consulting practice both in blue chip, public and privately owned organisations in United Kingdom and Nigeria. He currently provides financial management and business advisory services to individuals HNIs, private and corporate organisations. His core areas of specialisation are financial management, performance measurement and strategy modelling. Femi is passionately focussed on helping clients improve employees output and business bottom-line, using appropriate financial advisory, performance measurement and strategic modelling tools to identify and implement optimal solutions.
